These General Terms and Conditions regulate the use of the website https://e-leaders.eu , as well as the use of the services/information published on the site.

 

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

 

1. https://e-leaders.eu is a website created in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria and intended to provide useful information to users, current and future members and partners of the E-commerce Success Foundation, owner of the web site.

2. After subscribing, users of https://e-leaders.eu can receive a newsletter with useful information and news about the e-commerce industry, invitations to events and/or trainings, news related to the e-commerce market in Bulgaria, Europe and the world.

3. For the use of the services of the website https://e-leaders.eu, which do not require registration and are generally available, the rules for use by unregistered users apply.

4. The information provided on the website https://e-leaders.eu is dynamic and is constantly supplemented and changed in order to be up-to-date and reliable.

5. The owner, providing any service/information on the site https://e-leaders.eu, is not responsible for problems in providing the services due to inappropriate equipment of the users, as well as incompatibility of the software applications used by them.

 

II. NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION

 

6. In order to receive a newsletter with useful information and news about the e-commerce industry, invitations to events and/or trainings, news related to the e-commerce market in Bulgaria, Europe and the world, the user should fill out an electronic Newsletter Subscription form and declare agreement with these General Terms and Conditions and the Personal Data Protection Policy.

7. According to the Electronic Document Act, when the user expresses agreement with the General Terms and Conditions and the Personal Data Protection Policy, he makes an electronic statement declaring that he is familiar with and agrees with them, and undertakes to comply with them.

8. By registering, the user agrees that his IP address and any other information necessary for his identification will be recorded and, if necessary, provided to the relevant competent authorities, in case such is requested (e.g., an official court request in a pending legal dispute).

9. The user is obliged to provide current and accurate data required in the relevant electronic form for subscription and/or event registration upon registration. The owner and/or the person providing any service and information on the website https://e-leaders.eu is not responsible for the user data provided through registration.

10. Upon subscription, each user declares a username and email address with which he will use the services of https://e-leaders.eu. The owner and/or the person providing any information on the website https://e-leaders.eu are not responsible for any damages incurred by the user as a result of unauthorized use of his username and email address by third parties.

11. Subscription to the newsletter on https://e-leaders.eu has the force of agreement with these General Terms and Conditions, and after registration, the user receives a message at the e-mail address provided by him, confirming the user’s subscription. Users can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by using the unsubscribe option provided at the end of each newsletter.

 

III. BOOKING

 

12. By registering for the European E-commerce Leaders Forum event, the user agrees to the following terms and conditions:

A.) Delegate and Speaker Terms

Delegate terms are applicable regardless of how registration is made.

By registering for the European E-commerce Leaders Forum event, the user agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Your booking will be confirmed by email upon receipt of your registration.
Precise details of the venue will be provided on final confirmation along with directions to the venue.
We reserve the right to refuse entry at our sole discretion.
If for any reason the event is cancelled or changed, our liability in that instance shall be strictly limited to the amount paid for the place/s on the course.
Should an event be cancelled within 48 hours prior to its start time, we will reschedule. No refunds will be possible but if delegates are unable to attend, vouchers will be offered as an alternative for future events.
We reserve the right to change the venue at our discretion and in this event will send an email to delegates giving at least 48 hours notice of such change. We recommend regular checking of the event website for further details.
In the event of delegate cancellation, a full refund will be given up to 15 days before the event subject to a €25 administration fee. It is regretted that after this date refunds are not possible, however substitutions can be made with prior notice at any time. If a substitution is necessary, please contact us and we will be happy to update the delegate details.
Discounts for members of applicable organisations are only used in conjunction with any other discount offer at the discretion of E-commerce Success Foundation. This discount is subject to verification of membership by the organisation. Free passes linked to paying delegates only become valid upon payment for the initial agreed number of delegates.
Promo codes are entered and any discount is claimed strictly subject to such discount having been approved by E-commerce Success Foundation and the discount code issued directly by them. Promo codes are temporary, are not transferable, and are subject to verification. Promo codes are only used in conjunction with any other discount offer at the discretion of E-commerce Success Foundation.
Payments to of E-commerce Success Foundation by bank transfer must include any costs demanded by your local bank in your country of origin for transferring money.
All conference names, titles and programmes (also referred to as agendas, proceedings) are the sole copyright of E-commerce Success Foundation. Any reproduction without prior permission in whatever form will result in legal action being pursued.
The venues used by E-commerce Success Foundation for the event may from time to time have their own policies in place that relate to the organisation and expectations of delegates. We will communicate venue idiosyncrasies in advance of the event date and accept no responsibility or liability for any non-adherence to these. Examples may include age restrictions, dress-code, and membership for instance. Please contact E-commerce Success Foundation direct if you have any issues relating to this.
Please note that photos, videos and/or audio recordings will be taken during the event. By participating in the event, you grant the E-commerce Success Foundation the right to use these materials for non-commercial purposes, including posting photos and/or videos on websites and social media profiles.
Event Changes

It may be necessary from time to time to amend the event programme and the details of those participating. Therefore, E-commerce Success Foundation reserves the right to alter the proceeding of the event at any time. We endeavour to communicate any changes to both delegates and speakers and we recommend regular checking of the event website for up-to-date developments. If you have any specific queries, please do not hesitate to contact E-commerce Success Foundation – we are here to help and your interests are at the centre of our operations.

B.) Event Proceedings Purchase Terms

E-commerce Success Foundation will post or email the conference proceedings to the address provided by you.
Payments can be made via bank transfer.
Proceedings will be posted out upon clearance of correct funds.
Returns – While we endeavour to provide all presentations from our events, we cannot be held liable for any exclusion(s) that may occur. Exclusions are the result of a paper presentation (no electronic version available) or the speaker refusing its inclusion. Details of the content can be obtained by contacting E-commerce Success Foundation directly after the associated event.
Consumer Rights –Nothing in our T&Cs or this summary affects the statutory rights of a consumer as defined under the Consumer Protection Law.
C.) Data Protection Act

The information the user supplies to E-commerce Success Foundation on this site and through any other means of submission will be held by E-commerce Success Foundation and used to inform you of other conferences and events that will be of interest to you. We will not sell your personal information to third parties, however we may, from time to time, release information to carefully selected third parties whose services are deemed to be of potential interest to you. We respect your right not to receive this information, therefore, if you do not wish to be contacted, please instruct E-commerce Success Foundation in writing.

 

IV. APPLICABILITY. CHANGE

 

13. The provisions of these General Terms and Conditions apply to all services and information provided through https://e-leaders.eu, to the extent that special rules are not provided for them.

14. These General Terms and Conditions may be changed, and the changes shall enter into force upon their publication on https://e-leaders.eu, and users shall be deemed to have been notified of these changes from the moment of their publication on the said site.

 

V. ADDITIONAL TERMS

 

15. The website https://e-leaders.eu may contain links to other websites, as well as any advertising spaces, banners, etc. similar for commercial purposes.

16. The provision of certain services/information may be terminated, of which users will be notified via a message on the website https://e-leaders.eu.

 

VI. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF USERS

 

17. Users have the right to use the services and information on the website https://e-leaders.eu in compliance with these General Terms and Conditions and the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria.

18. The user may use the materials published on https://e-leaders.eu for personal needs, and their reproduction and distribution in any way for commercial purposes is prohibited without the permission of the author.

19. In connection with the use of the services and information provided on the website https://e-leaders.eu, the user is obliged to:

– Comply with the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions and the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria;

– Monitor for violations by other users of these General Terms and Conditions and the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria and, upon detection of such, promptly notify the e-mail address specified for contact.

20. By confirming and agreeing to these General Terms and Conditions and the Personal Data Protection Policy, the user declares and expressly consents to his personal data being processed within the meaning of the Personal Data Protection Act.

 

VII. INFORMATION

 

21. The owner and/or the person providing any information on the site https://e-leaders.eu has the right to collect and store information about its users upon their registration – newsletter subscription and/or event registration.

22. The security of the company website and the data used/stored by it is achieved through technical and organizational measures against loss, destruction, penetration, modification or dissemination of data by unauthorized persons, which the E-commerce Success Foundation has taken.
