Paul Aparaschivei

With over 15 years of deep and varied experience in the field. He is currently leading the public policy department at eMAG, a Romanian e-commerce and tech group. His extensive background in public policy is coupled with expertise in political and institutional communications.

An important part of Mr. Aparaschivei role is to connect business associations, decision makers and various non-governmental and academic stakeholders around one common goal: Romania’s social and economic development via digital transformation.

Mr. Aparaschivei holds a PhD in Political Communication, with a thesis focused on online political communication and discourse analysis.
