KRASIMIR YAKIMOV

Krasimir Yakimov is a lawyer. He graduated in International Financial Law from King’s College London, Dickson Poon School of Law. In the period 2022 – 2023, he was the head of the political office of the Minister of Innovation and Growth. Prior to that, for nearly ten years as a lawyer, he provided legal advice and representation to international and domestic companies in various aspects of their commercial activities, with a focus on corporate governance, debt and equity financing.
